International Branding. Universal Message.

The Better Craft Co. post their food like art, in intricately crafted flat lays, therefore the circle is synonymous with both community and artistic plating. It’s a simple metaphor that depicts the top of a plate, bowl or cup. Better Craft Co’s heart and soul is their employees, therefore “Co.” warranted a change in type, highlighting the importance of their people and humanizing the logo solution. The B emblem is a stamp of excellence that goes into every meticulously crafted dish and hand-poured latte.

Together we created a versatile solution that brings class, cohesion and recognition to every piece where the brand identity makes an appearance.

An Employee Handbook that Excites and Inspires

The heart of the Better Craft Co. is unequivocally the people who make up their team. The company puts a lot of pride in the skills and values that the employees bring to the table. We wanted to provide an exciting introduction to new hires by creating a handbook that portrays the personality of the company and sets a friendly and motivating tone.

Multicolored & Multilingual

Over two dozen illustrative scenes paint the pages of the Better Craft Co's employee handbooks. They wanted to challenge the stiff standards of basic handbooks with one that is bursting with personality and is easily digestible through a series of colorful imagery. Moreover, they wanted to instill the right values in their employees, and place high emphasis on the concept of family, regardless of native tongue, nationality or skillset.

Super Fun Fact! In addition to English, these booklets were translated to Malaysian and Chinese to suit the needs of their diverse team.
